By using DegenDapp, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

DegenDapp is a decentralized platform. It does not offer investment advice and is not liable for any damages, losses, or regulatory actions incurred by users.
6. Age & Content Disclaimer
You must be 18 years or older to use DegenDapp.
DegenDapp allows the creation of user-generated tokens, including potentially meme-based or mature content. While we provide filtering tools, we cannot guarantee full restriction of NSFW material. Users are solely responsible for their own access and compliance with local age or content laws.
